Our Staff
Dave Koester is the Lead Pastor here at NORTHWEST Community Church. Dave & Anikkia previously ministered in Utah for 20 years. Dave graduated from Frontier School of the Bible in 1995 and joined the staff of NCC in 2017.
Rob Hargens is the Executive Pastor here at NORTHWEST Community Church. Rob & Kelie grew up in the Malcolm area and began attending NCC when it first began back in 1988. Rob retired from over 30 years of full-time military service and joined the staff of NCC in 2021.
Jamin Thomas is the Youth Pastor here at NORTHWEST Community Church.
He grew up in Malcolm, attending NCC. Jamin & Hailey graduated from Moody Bible Institute in 2020 and joined the staff of NCC in 2021.
