Elders
We currently have four men who have been affirmed to serve as part of the Church Board as Elders. These men, along with the Senior Pastor and Youth Pastor, strive to serve all members of the congregation and duties of the board which include providing accountability for all organizations, committees and ministries of the church.
Deacons
Deacons are primarily responsible for the practical and logistical needs of the church. This includes managing church resources, caring for the needy, and ensuring the smooth operation of church activities while maintaining direct communication with the elders. Please feel free to reach out to any of them if there is a need you wish to have addressed.
Pastors & Staff
We are currently in a season of prayerful transition as we seek the man God is calling to help lead Northwest Community Church as a Senior Pastor. In the meantime, our pulpit is being faithfully filled by our Youth Pastor, elders, and gifted members of the congregation, including former Bible scholars.
